Fredericksburg, VA, March 11, 2024 — Flatter, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been awarded a seat on the highly competed Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ESB Professional Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) (Contract Number: 70B04C23A00000058). While this contract had a short Stop Work Notice, it has now been lifted as of March 11, 2024.
The CBP ESB BPA aims to enhance technology services by fostering engagement with small and disadvantaged businesses in IT support. CBP’s Office of Information and Technology’s (OIT) broader strategy includes IT modernization and addressing cyber threats and border surges, aligning with CBP’s mission of protecting the nation’s borders and ensuring its prosperity. These efforts enable CBP’s mission readiness and create opportunities for diverse business groups to contribute their expertise.
“This is an important mission, and we are honored to have been selected. We have supported DHS for the last 15 years, bringing a depth of experience and capability to Customs and Border Protection, and we look forward to being able to continue to support them into the future,” said Brittany Chiang, Chief Executive Officer of Flatter.
Flatter maintains a depth of experience in CBP’s missionsets with core competencies of Mission Acceleration, Workforce Development and Readiness, and Digital Transformation. Laura Sapanara, Proposal Manager at Flatter, added, “This is a tremendous achievement that speaks to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our entire team.
