SeaPort is the Department of the Navy’s mandatory vehicle for procuring professional support services through Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) and an electronic platform. It includes SeaPort-e and SeaPort-NxG, which use separate portals but the same platform to competitively solicit, award, and administer task orders in 23 functional areas such as Engineering and Program Management Support Services. Navy Systems Commands and other agencies are required to consider SeaPort for these services to ensure a best-value solution.
