Flatter CEO, Brittany Chiang says:
“We are thrilled to announce that our company has been awarded three GSA OASIS+ contracts, encompassing both Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Unrestricted categories. This achievement is a testament to our team’s dedication and aligns perfectly with our strategic growth objectives.
The GSA’s OASIS+ program is designed to provide federal agencies with streamlined access to a wide range of professional services, supporting the government’s vision for efficient and effective procurement solutions. By securing these contracts, we are well-positioned to contribute to the government’s commitment to innovation and excellence in service delivery.”
The General Services Administration (GSA) describes the OASIS+ program as a “suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions.” This initiative aims to streamline the acquisition of complex professional services, enhancing efficiency and flexibility in meeting the government’s evolving needs.
Key features of OASIS+ include:
– Flexible, expandable domain-based structure: This allows for the addition of new service areas based on government requirements.
– No contract ceiling or cap on awards: This ensures that mission-critical procurements are not interrupted due to contract limitations.
– 10-year ordering period: Comprising a five-year base period with one five-year option, allowing for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements.
These features are designed to fulfill federal agencies’ non-IT services requirements through highly qualified contractors, providing a simpler buying experience and encouraging competition to achieve best value mission outcomes.
By implementing OASIS+, the government seeks to expand access to Best-in-Class non-IT service contracts, maximize small business participation, and support federal customers in acquiring innovative solutions to meet increasingly complex requirements.
