Under this contract, Flatter will support various FBI divisions, including the Directorate of Intelligence, Counterintelligence Division, Critical Incident Response Group, IT Infrastructure Division, and Training Division. The curriculum development services provided will employ the comprehensive ADDIE model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—to deliver dynamic and effective training programs tailored to the FBI’s evolving needs.
