Karnita’s career spans leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and President, where she spearheaded multimillion-dollar contracts, strengthened client relationships, and cultivated cross-functional collaboration. A Certified Proposal Management Professional (CF-APMP) and doctoral candidate in Leadership, she is recognized for her ability to navigate complex contracting environments with vision, strategy, and precision.
