Fredericksburg, VA – April 17th, 2025 – Flatter, Inc. is pleased to announce its selection by the Department of the Navy to provide Instructional Designer Support Services for the Naval Justice School (NJS) in Newport, RI.
Under this multi-year contract, Flatter will develop physical and computer-based instructional support materials for the NJS. The work supports the Navy’s ongoing efforts to train and equip its legal personnel with relevant, scenario-driven learning that strengthens justice and accountability across the force.
Flatter brings proven expertise in instructional systems design, adult learning theory, and digital learning environments from prior Department of Defense contracts, including extensive content development for Army and Air Force training environments.
