Complete your ICF Mentor-Coaching Seminars

Acquire the 10 hours of Mentor-Coaching required to obtain or sustain an ICF Coaching Credential from an ICF-Credentialed Instructor.   Conducted one hour per week over the course of 12 weeks. You’ll experience coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to enhance your coaching capability in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. Our PCC certified coach mentoring provides you professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.

• Our virtual session are scheduled during the early evening for you to plan around your work or other responsibilities.
• The first seven sessions are dynamic and engaging, providing hands-on experience and mentorship through coaching to case studies and observing others. The final three sessions are conducted one-on-one to prepare you for and take your certification exam.
• Our instructor and program cohort shape a supportive environment, allowing you the freedom to learn and grow your coaching capabilities.
