Fredericksburg, VA – 4/24/2025 – Flatter, Inc. is proud to announce the successful recompete award of its contract to continue providing senior-level Facilities Planning support to the U.S. Coast Guard’s Shore Infrastructure & Logistics Center (SILC) and Facilities Design & Construction Center (FDCC) in Norfolk, VA.
Under this effort, Flatter will deliver a full range of planning support services to advance the Coast Guard’s shore infrastructure mission. This includes the development of critical project documentation, site planning and space utilization studies, coordination with stakeholders, and support for environmental and real property actions.
As part of the new contract, Flatter will continue supporting the development of DD Form 1391 packages, space utilization studies, project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and site evaluations critical to mission readiness and infrastructure modernization.
