Summary: Command Sergeant Major Patrick Z. Alston is a Senior Fellow for the National Defense University’s Capstone and Keystone programs. He is also a Senior Consultant with Burlington Capital Corporation, a diverse investment management firm located in Omaha, Nebraska, and he is also the Chief of Staff for Flatter, Inc., a premier support service company that provide Support Services Solutions to our Government.

I have served at every level of Leadership, highlighting my time as the United States Strategic Command-Command Senior Enlisted Leader; Defense Threat Reduction Agency-Command Senior Enlisted Leader; Regimental Command Sergeant Major for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Corps. As a civilian, I would like to highlight my role as the only enlisted Senior Fellow for National Defense University.
