Brian K. McIntyre serves as Chief Growth Officer of Flatter, Inc., leading the company’s enterprise growth strategy, business development, and strategic capture initiatives across the federal marketplace. He is responsible for expanding Flatter’s mission impact while strengthening partnerships with federal customers and advancing innovative capabilities that support the Department of War, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
A Navy veteran with more than two decades of leadership experience across federal contracting, defense, and national security, Brian is recognized for building high-performing growth organizations and translating strategy into measurable results. He brings deep expertise in federal solutioning, capture strategy, and pipeline development, with a consistent track record of scaling organizations and expanding mission-focused portfolios.
Prior to joining Flatter, Brian spent over a decade at Sev1Tech, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Growth. During his tenure, he led enterprise growth strategy, business development, capture, and proposal operations across the company’s defense and civilian portfolios. His leadership helped scale the organization from a $3 million company to more than $300 million in annual revenue while developing and managing a multibillion-dollar opportunity pipeline and consistently exceeding corporate growth targets.
Brian served more than 21 years in the United States Navy as an Information Technology Limited Duty Officer specializing in network operations, cybersecurity, and systems engineering. His military career included leadership roles supporting global network operations and advanced technology initiatives that strengthened mission-critical communications and operational readiness worldwide.
