Brittany Chiang serves as Chief Executive Officer of Flatter, Inc., where she leads the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and oversees day-to-day operations in alignment with the direction set by the Board of Directors and executive leadership. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance across the company’s portfolio.
Brittany brings over 15 years of experience supporting U.S. Government clients, with deep expertise in federal operations, program execution, and organizational development. Her leadership is further informed by her background as the daughter of a Marine Corps Veteran and a military spouse.
Brittany works closely with the Chairman and President and the broader leadership team to advance Flatter’s core service areas, including Mission Acceleration, Digital Transformation and Modernization, and Workforce Development and Readiness. She is committed to fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports both client success and employee growth.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Brittany is actively engaged in her community. She contributes to national security and community development initiatives through her role on the advisory board of Riphean Investments and the board of the University of Mary Washington Women’s Colloquium.
