Brittany has been a cornerstone of the Flatter team since its inception in 2002 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Homeland Security from The George Washington University. Brittany is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF ACC).
With over 15 years of hands-on experience working with the U.S. Government, Brittany brings a deep understanding of federal operations, further enriched by her perspective as the daughter of a Marine Corps Veteran and a military spouse. Throughout her tenure at Flatter, she has held pivotal roles, including Information Technology Manager, Quality Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Business Developer, showcasing her versatile expertise.
Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany is deeply committed to serving her local community. She is a board member at Rappahannock United Way, where she champions impactful initiatives, and serves as the Compassion Ministry Coordinator at her church, supporting individuals in need. As the Advisory Board Chair for Riphean Investments, Brittany plays a vital role in advancing national security missions. She is also a member of the Truist Community Advisory Board, contributing to initiatives that drive community growth and development.
Brittany is passionate about Flatter’s three verticals: Mission Acceleration, Digital Transformation and Modernization, and Workforce Development and Readiness. Her leadership reflects her dedication to advancing these areas, both personally and corporately, to meet the evolving needs of clients and communities alike.
