Flatter won the Air Force Senior Leadership Development Program (AFSLDP) IDIQ in 2018, a $60 million, five-year vehicle, followed by a one-year bridge on which Flatter holds a sole-source prime role on the $22 million AFSLDP IDIQ (FA701424D0009). Flatter has operated continuously on the program since 2018.
