Federal agencies and authorized buyers may use NASA SEWP VI to conduct market research, obtain competitive quotes, and place task orders for solutions and services within the scope of the contract.
1. Define Your Requirement
Identify the technical, mission, performance, schedule, security, and other requirements necessary to meet your agency’s objective.
2. Conduct Market Research
Use NASA’s SEWP tools to issue a Request for Information or Market Research Request when appropriate.
3. Submit a Request for Quote
Government customers may use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool to distribute requirements to eligible contract holders.
4. Evaluate Responses
Evaluate responses in accordance with the solicitation requirements, applicable acquisition regulations, agency procedures, and fair-opportunity requirements.
5. Issue the Order
Following selection, the ordering agency issues the task or delivery order in accordance with NASA SEWP procedures.
6. Flatter Executes
Flatter’s SEWP Program Management Office coordinates contract administration, solution delivery, reporting, quality management, and customer support throughout performance.
SEWP VI ordering is subject to applicable FAR Part 16.505 fair-opportunity requirements.
Ordering agencies are responsible for ensuring eligible contract holders receive fair opportunity to compete for individual orders as applicable.
