Flatter, Inc. Recognizes Danny Doucette for Authoring International Coaching Federation Article on Veteran Coaching Pathways

Fredericksburg, VA – July 14, 2026 – Flatter, Inc. today recognized Danny Doucette, ACC, Flatter’s Coaching Program Manager, for being featured as the author of an International Coaching Federation blog article, “From Air Force Sergeant to Coach: A Veteran’s Journey,” published June 10, 2026. The article shares Danny’s path from a 27-year United States Air Force career to professional coaching, underscoring the value of disciplined leadership development, credentialing, and continued service beyond the uniform. 

In the article, Danny describes how his experience as a First Sergeant and later as Commandant of the United States Air Force Sergeants Academy shaped his commitment to developing leaders. He also explains how the Department of Defense Credentialing Opportunities On-Line program helped him pursue and earn his ICF Associate Certified Coach credential, creating a bridge from military service to professional coaching.
