Flatter, Inc. Recognizes Gary Goss for Earning ICF ACC Credential

Achievement reflects Flatter’s investment in coaching excellence, leadership development, and a strong coaching culture across Team Flatter.

Fredericksburg, VA, June 12, 2026 – Flatter, Inc. today recognized Gary Goss, a valued coach with the Flatter Leadership Academy, for earning his ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. The achievement strengthens Flatter’s coach education community and reflects the coaching mindset, discipline, and culture Gary has long brought to Team Flatter.

Gary contributes to the joint Department of War Coaching Culture Facilitator Course and has served as Alumni Manager for the company’s coach education programming, helping engage graduates after program completion and sustain connection and professional development across a growing alumni community. Flatter’s coach education programs now include more than 1,500 alumni.

“We all knew when Gary joined his first coach education cohort a few years ago, that he was a natural coach,” said Flatter CEO Brittany Chiang. “It was just a matter of time before he earned his ICF credential.”

The ACC credential adds formal recognition to Gary’s work as a coach, facilitator, and alumni leader. His contributions support a coaching culture that helps leaders listen more effectively, develop others with intention, and strengthen the human side of mission execution. Gary has impacted individuals on a personal and professional level, trusted to support his leaders through life’s small and large challenges.

For Flatter and its federal customers, coaching is not a standalone professional development activity. It is part of building resilient teams, stronger leaders, and a workforce prepared to serve complex public-sector missions with clarity, accountability, and care.

Flatter congratulates Gary on this achievement and recognizes his continued role in advancing the coaching culture that supports Team Flatter, its alumni community, and the leaders served through Flatter’s coach education programs.
