Forti will lead enterprise-wide program management and contract operations, strengthening delivery consistency, compliance, and execution across federal programs.
Forti brings deep expertise in federal contracting and program management, with a career focused on aligning acquisition strategy, contract compliance, and program execution to deliver measurable outcomes for government customers. She holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certifications and has led contract and PMO functions supporting complex federal environments. Her experience includes improving contract lifecycle processes, strengthening governance, and ensuring alignment between program performance and federal acquisition requirements.
In this role, Forti will oversee the integration of program management and contracts across Flatter’s portfolio, ensuring that delivery teams operate with clarity, discipline, and alignment to customer requirements. Her leadership will directly support federal agencies in accelerating mission execution, improving oversight, and maintaining compliance in high-accountability environments.
